[Case Study of Kashinaga Pest Control] Tokyo, Kindergarten

Sprinkling hinoki pellets! Introducing cases where the base was covered with materials like urethane.

We would like to introduce a case of the prevention activities we conducted against the Kasinaga pest. We received a report from a kindergarten in Tokyo that a tree with a flying squirrel nesting box was dying due to oak wilt. We advised them to cover the base of a newly installed nesting box tree with a protective sheet. Although city staff applied the protective sheet, upon inspecting the site, we found that the "base" was not covered.
